Private Property

The garage receives visitors from all over the world, all year-round, and everyday.  We ask for privacy as this is a family home and place of solitude. With that being said, we have to address a few things that everyday people seem to ignore. 

Common Sense Tips

• Visitors can take photos and videos from the street; this is public domain and you do not need to ask permission
• No solicitation of any kind and for any reason; we are not interested
• Do not walk onto the driveway, or past the mailbox, or to the garage and porch; this is considered trespassing
• Park your vehicle to the curb and do not block driveways or roadway

Security Statement 

The premises is under Security surveillance and cameras are recording audio and visual 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The home is equipped with motion detection, tamper sensors, facial recognition, noise detection, and AI technology. Motion alerts and suspicious activity are human and AI monitored and by use of autonomous aerial drone as needed. 

Private Property Signage 

Private property signage is posted on fence, porch and lawn. No solicitation signage is posted on porch at doorbell. 

Closing
